What we collect

Distributor and retailer applications: your name, business name, email address, phone number, applicant type, state, city, business address, the brands or products you are interested in, your business information, any message you add, and the date you gave consent.

Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, location, current role, experience, your answers to the questions for that role, your CV and cover letter, and the date you gave consent.

Contact enquiries: your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message.

Video: the About page can play a YouTube video. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. If you choose Accept all, the video plays on our website and YouTube may collect data under its own policy. If you choose Essential only, pressing play opens the video on YouTube instead.

Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security.

Cookies: we do not use advertising cookies. Essential cookies keep the website running and protect our forms, so they are always on. Your cookie choice is saved on your device for 12 months, and you can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer.

Who can see it

Only authorised Wellnessbev staff can access your information, and CVs and cover letters are limited to staff who handle recruitment. It is stored with our hosting provider and may be processed by the email and spam-protection services that help the site run. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and enquiries only for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our legal obligations. Trade and job applications that do not proceed are deleted within 24 months, including uploaded documents.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@wellness-bev.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Security

Applications and uploaded documents are stored privately behind staff login and are never published on the website. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
